Raw materials coming through the gate undergo a thorough check against the approved materials specifications and supplier documents before giving the green light. Records are kept containing such details as supplier information, product name, batch numbers, etc., and inspection records; all these are stored so that they could be traced if ever required.

In-Process Quality Control

Each step of the manufacturing process has detailed control, especially those parameters that are very critical and others that make up the product approved specifications. Any non-conforming material/product will be identified, taken away, and then be dealt with according to the Quality Procedures of the company.

Final Product Inspection
